The lead executing agency is the Ministry of Energy (MoE). MoE is also implementing agency for the field of action policy advice. Implementing partner for the clean cooking component is the Alternative Energy Promotion Center - AEPC. In the component, Energy Efficiency Market“ the main implementing organization will be the Federation of Nepal Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) and its district chambers. The state utility (Nepal Electricity Authority, NEA), the Town Development Fund (TDF) as well as Banks and NGOs will be further partners.
