The lead executing agency is the Ministry of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation (MoEWRI). MoEWRI is also implementing agency for the field of action policy advice. In the component, "Energy Efficiency Market" the main implementing organization will be the Federation of Nepal Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) and its district chambers. The state utility (Nepal Electricity Authority, NEA), the Town Development Fund (TDF) as well as Banks and NGOs will be further partners.
